With a foundation as a physiotherapist and prior experience as a Medical Devices Account Manager, she is ideally equipped to lead the introduction of our flagship innovation—the KneeReviver—into hospitals and clinics.
Before joining ArthroSave, Paulien worked at Link Lima, partnering with orthopedic surgeons to support complex joint replacement solutions. She now leverages her combined clinical and account management background to guide hospitals through every stage of KneeReviver adoption—from educational workshops and hands-on surgical support to ongoing clinical integration.
Her work is rooted in a strong appreciation for evidence-based treatment and patient outcomes, ensuring that each implementation aligns with ArthroSave’s standards of safety, efficacy, and real-world usability.
